About Dariba
Dariba is a free, independent net-salary calculator for employees in Morocco. It is made and maintained by one person who prefers to stay anonymous, and it is not linked to any government body, bank or employer.
What it does
It turns a gross or base salary into take-home pay, showing every step: seniority bonus, allowances, CNSS, AMO, CIMR, professional expenses, family reduction and income tax. Every rate can be changed, and it covers 2026 and the draft 2027 to 2031 reform.
Where the figures come from and how reliable they are
- 2026 follows the law in force, and its results were checked against a real payslip.
- 2027 to 2031 follow press reports of the draft 2027 Finance Bill. They are marked as draft in the calculator and may change.
- The CNSS and AMO rates and the family reduction come from secondary sources. Confirm them on cnss.ma and with the tax authority (DGI).
